Is pre-booking required for group courses?
Generally we recommend pre booking group lesson via our Online Shop. That way you save time and have a guaranteed place in the ski school.
Do the course days have to be attended on consecutive days?
The course days should follow consecutively, because the group lessons build up on the previous days and new things are taught every day. It could mean a change of group is necessary.
Is it possible to pay with credit card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC-card (Maestro) and cash.
Is it also possible to attend a group lesson for only one day?

Do we get a refund if the children are not enjoying the lessons?
Basically the money can only be refunded if the ski school is handed a medical report (in case of illness, injury). However, we offer different options (trial lessons, extensions) to keep the “risk” as low as possible for you! In case problems still occur, we will find a solution, please come ...
Why don’t you offer half-day group courses?
Our experience has shown that the learning outcomes are just not comparable with a whole-day-course! It is not recommended from either educational nor from a logistical point of view.
How far in advance do we have to book a private instructor?
The earlier the better! Sometimes we do get booked out!
From what age onwards can children start a ski course?
Children aged 3 years can start a ski course. We offer a half-day course (Bambini) for children from 3-5 years. For all other ages it is a full-day course. Naturally a 4 or 5 year old can participate in a full-day course.
If I’m not enjoying the course, can I change?
Of course this is possible. We just ask you to inform the office, so we can rebook the course.
Is there a ski hire/rental at your ski school?
Yes, there is. Right next to our ski school office is a ski hire, with whom we work in partnership!
What happens at lunch time?
Child-care during lunch time is included in our prices. We ask you to give your child some cash for a meal at lunch (about 10€ per day). Please put the money in a safe zip up pocket.
Does my child need a lift pass?
Every child aged 6 years and older that goes up the mountain needs a lift pass. First timers and Beginner kids who stay down in beginner area in the valley can use our magic carpet and the rope tow free of charge. Their instructor will tell you when they need a lift pass.
When do the lessons begin and end?
The course daily starts at 10.00 and ends at 15.00. Bambini lessons are from 10.00-12.00
Can I start a course during the week?
Generally grading-days are Sundays and Mondays. Blue run skiers (who are confident of going directly onto the main slopes) and abilities above skiers can also be graded during the week.
