Adults Group ski lessons for adults
Beginner/Confidence builder adults: Green
For Beginners: No previous experience required!
For Confidence Builder: You have already had some lessons but still feel a little unsure about skiing on blue slopes? Then we have the perfect course for you. Your previous experience will be freshened up on the first day at our beginners' area.On the second day, you are ready for the blue slopes up on the mountain.
Facts:
- Session times: Sunday to Thursday: 10.00-15.00
- Beginners do not need a lift pass to start off with. Your group’s ski instructor will tell you ahead of time, when you will require a Lift Pass
- Your Lunch Break is spent together with the ski instructor in a mountain restaurant
- Beginner Groups start on Sunday and Monday only
Adults intermediates: Blue
You have had some lessons before and feel happy on blue slopes? Then we have the perfect course for you right here!
Facts:
- Session times: Sunday to Thursday: 10.00-15.00
- Your lunch break is spent together with the ski instructor in a mountain restaurant
- Grading: daily except Friday and Saturday
Intermediate adults: Red
You can ski confidently on red slopes and you can easily control your turns. The aim of this course is to improve your alpine basic position, building up and perfecting the parallel turn using a variety of terrain and turn sizes.

- Requirements: blue slopes
- Your lunch break is spent together with the ski instructor in a mountain restaurant
- Grading: daily except Friday and Saturday
Advanced Adults: Black
You feel confident on red and black slopes and are able to ski parallel. In this course we refine the technical aspects of your skiing. We concentrate on the steering phase in long and short turns, we practise the timing of movement sequences as well as practising the pole plant. This programme not only concentrates on a varied technical programme to perfect edging skills but includes (as conditions allow) moguls and deep snow! Not forgetting to have fun, is always part of the package!
